Beginning his real estate career in 1985,Jerry was responsible for the marketing and sale of lots and land at South Shore Harbour- a 2300 acre master planned community in Clear Lake. While there, he was instrumental in all facets of residential lot and home sales marketing, as well as commercial land sales marketing, contract negotiation and closings. He was a co-founder of the real estate firm 'Shoreline Properties' and he and his then broker,Karen Keating, built that firm to over 20 agents during the economic recession. He has sold income-producing properties ranging from RV parks to car washes,from warehouse properties to sandwich shops. Previously with a major Clear Lake area broker for over seven years, Jerry recently joined the Houston office of HomeSmart and is a Team Leader on The Bay Area Group. Jerry's professional affiliations include having served as an Advisory Board Member on the Garden State Life Insurance Company and Commonwealth Life Insurance Company board of directors and previously a board member on the Harbourview Care Center's board of directors. Additionally, Jerry is a Past President of the Bay Area Builders Association's board of directors. In his affiliation with HomeSmart-The Bay Area Group his team is committed to excellence in real estate service and can accommodate any buyer or seller's needs.

Jerry is a big believer in giving back to the community. He is an active member of Clear Creek Community Church, where he serves as an usher and participates in local and global mission efforts. Additionally, Jerry has served as an advisory board member and fundraiser for Lighthouse Christian Ministries and serves the organization as a volunteer as well. He is married to his sweetheart Dr. Julie Jones and has four amazing grown children. He enjoys golfing, running, cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Johnny Garcia Jr. has lived in the Houston Bay Area his entire lifestarting in Galveston and ending up in League City by way of Pasadena and Deer Park. He has been settled in League City with his high school sweetheart and four children for over 20 years, so his local area expertise runs deep. Johnny started with the Worrell Team as a client, and we are excited to have him join us as an agent assisting buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Johnny owned a local small business.
Johnny's family is number one in his life. His wife, Jaime, is a teacher at Landolt Elementary. They love to travel with their four kids, and when he isn't helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you might find him hanging out with family hiking in the mountains, camping in his travel trailer, or relaxing on a white sand beach.
Johnny is a great friend to everyone he meets, and serves his community as a youth sports coach and as a small group leader at his church.
