Mary Pendleton-Brown, REALTOR® combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. Before getting back into the real estate business in 2019, Mary previously worked as the Finance Manager for the Non-Profit, Turning Points, in Bradenton, Florida and prior to that, as the Fiscal Services Manager for Manatee County Government's Community Services Department. Mary was born and raised in Cotulla, Texas; some of the best hunting grounds in South Texas.
